I have more than 45 menus for you to choose. The fee is including the cost of ingredients. I will prepare all the ingredients of your dish choices. We will talk about all the ingredients we use, the shop I bought from and how to store the food. While we are cooking you can ask me any questions. After finished cooking, you can eat the food at my house or take the food home.
Note; Seafood and duck dishes are extra charge £2 per person and per dish.

How to buy Thai cooking lesson or buy the gift voucher.
1. Choose the Lesson and menus choices as you wish. I have 7 lesson and 45 menus.
2. For payment choose the lesson you wish to buy and then click buy it now.
3. If you want a gift voucher please fill in the details after you have paid and I will send your gift voucher via your email . Gift voucher is valid for 6 months
4. Booking the lesson. Please fill the form then I will get intouch ASAP to confirm about date and time.

Availability: – Our Thai cooking class can be very flexible and would like to make individual arrangements with students but weekends are best.
Location: – I am based in Newbiggin on the Sea in Northumberland, about 30 minutes from Newcastle. I like to start my lessons by meeting you at my house.
