25.Pad thai.
Stir fried medium size rice noodles (sen lek) with fish sauce, sugar, lime juice or tamarind pulp, ground peanuts, egg, bean sprouts, and Chinese chives (kuichai), combined with pork, chicken, seafood, or tofu.

26.Stirfried rice noodle in dark soy sauce(Pad see ew)
Extremely popular and immensely satisfying noodle dish! Wide rice noodles pan fried with Chinese broccoli, chicken or pork, soy sauce and egg. It's one of the most popular lunch items for Thai people, and is commonly found on street-side lunch eateries in Thailand.

27. Fried rice noodle in bean gravy sauce(Raad na)
Raad Na is a delicious noodle dish made with ribbons of wide rice noodles, oyster sauce, chicken and vegetables. It has its roots in Chinese cooking and has a similar thickness to the sauce and flavour that is typical of chinese cooking.The name “Raad Na” means “to pour on top of the noodles ” in Thai.

28.Deep fried rice noodle in bean gravy sauce(Raad na mee krob)
Or Mee Krob Rad Na. Rad Na means “over the top” Deep-fried egg noodles topped with a thick gravy (fried with vegetables, meat, and mushrooms, thickening it with tapioca or cornstarch

29.Drunken noodle (Guay tiew pad kee mao)
Drunken noodle is a versatile dish. It can be made with noodles or spaghetti. It is a medley of fresh vegetables and herbs such as peppercorns, finger roots and basil. This dish a little bit spicy and very easy to cook. You can use meat or seafood.

30.Deep fried fish in sweet chilly sauce (Pla raad prig or pla rad prik in Thai. It is a whole fish or fish fillet fried until crispy then covered with a sweet spicy sauce made from garlic, palm sugar and chillies. This is usually part of a larger meal.

31.Spicy grilled steak salad(Nam tok)
(Spicy beef salad). In Thai language, nam tok is a waterfall. This dish is usually cooked using a barbeque (the juices drip onto charcoal hence the name waterfall). It should be cooked rare then mixed with Thai herbs, onion or shallots, spring onion, mint leaves and hot chilies; enhanced with fish sauce, toasted rice powder and lime.

32.Minced pork salad (Laab moo) is a Thai-inspired dish. When you want something quick, easy and light it is the perfect dish. You can use mince pork with salad recipe (mint, spring onion, basil and lime juice) works really well with the crunchy veg, creating a perfect balance of flavour and heat. It doesn’t need oil, so the meat has a lovely light, un-fried quality to it. You can use with minced chicken also. Served with sticky rice or rice, it’s a satisfying main meal. Also can use with pork or beef mince.

33.Glass noodle salad(Yam wun sen)
Yum Woon Sen is a Thai bean thread noodle salad that is often served with either prawns, pork or chicken. The 'dressing' is made up of the usual Thai ingredients, fish sauce, lime juice and lemon grass. Also coriander and mint can be added. The salad can be eaten warm or cold.

34.Green papaya salad(Som tam)
Thai Papaya Salad or Som Tam is popular throughout Southeast Asia. It's a refreshing, healthy salad that combines sweet, sour, salty, and spicy into one harmonious dish. Making Papaya Salad is more of an art than a science, and you will quickly settle on your own balance of ingredients to make it to your taste.

35.Chicken or pork satay
Satay sauce is a rich peanut and coconut-based sauce used in Thai cuisine. This thick, creamy sauce is typically paired with grilled meats such as chicken or beef, classically served on skewers. Satay sauce can also be served over vegetables or meats on a bed of rice and used in a variety of other ways. Many fans of Thai food label satay sauce as one of their favorite aspects of Thai cuisine.

36.Fish cakes(Ton man pla)
Thai fish cakes are a particularly favourite. The light spicy aromatic flavours of fish infused with green beans served with a sweet and sour cucumber dipping sauce make it a refreshing and zesty starter. It’s always a hit on our menu.

37.Grill marinated beef(NearYaangRoyeNga)
Nothing can beat a perfectly done steak grilled top up with sweet and sour sauce, season with white sesame.

38.Grilled thai aromatic chicken (Kai yaang)
Chicken is marinated and then grilled. The marinade typically includes herbs, fish sauce, garlic, lemongrass, coriander root, and black pepper. Many variations exist, and it is also quite common to find black soy sauce. Kai yaang is a dish originating from Laos and Isan (Northeastern Thailand), but it is now commonly eaten throughout the whole of Thailand. The dish is a standard staple of street markets and readily available at all times. Kai yaang is often paired with som tam and sticky rice. It is also eaten with raw vegetables, and often dipped in spicy sauces.

39.Grilled Marinated pork on sticks(Moo ping)
Moo ping is grilled pork. It is eaten as a snack in Thailand. It can be eaten with or without sticky rice. It is a great barbeque item for kids and adults.

40. Thai Grandma style fried rice (Khaow pad)
Khaow pad is real thai authentic family food. It is made from rice, onion, egges, carrot broccoli and can be with seafood or meat. We like to eat with fresh juicy vegetables as cucumbers or tomatoes.

41. Soya bean dipping sauce(Tao Jiaw Lone)
Tao Jiaw Lone is one of the Thai dish dips for people who love a bit of meat and coconut milk. Soya bean dipping sauce is a very good balance of soyabeans, herbs, shalotts , egg, minced shrimp and pork in coconut milk. Served with fresh vegetables and rice.

42.Fish Chili dip (Num prig pla poon)
Num prig is a Thai dish dip most will eat with fresh or steam vegetables. It‘s made from steamed fish with lemon grass and crushed with roasted herb such as chillies, garlic and shallots. This dish is non fat and perfect for people who love vegetables. Serve with hot steamed rice. It is very healthy and tasty. Perfect for diets.
